Thorough preparation is the way to successful implementation
A good implementation is the cornerstone of achieving full effect and pleasure from Life-Manager. We support the entire process, employees and managers from start to finish. Digital conversion requires both mindset and competencies, which are important elements of our analysis and implementation.
Successful implementation implies that you prepare thoroughly and start up simply, this way everyone becomes safe and gets the time to get used to making video communication a natural part of everyday life.
The following overall project and implementation plan is divided into 4 phases:
- The decision and clarification phase
- The preparation phase
- The initial phase
- Retention and Anchoring Phase
Decision-making and clarification phase
In this phase, “The Big Lines” are drawn by the project owners.
Steering group is established.
The steering committee has the task of following the project, motivating the organization, communicating both internally and externally (PR), as well as setting the framework and guidelines, investigating potential, setting goals and preparing the baseline.
It is important to decide which areas and groups should participate as early involvement of the visitation is preferable.
The preparation phase
In this phase, “Detail is planned” then executed.
The work and implementation group are established.
The task of the work and implementation group is to prepare, follow and support the implementation and teaching as well as motivate the organization.
It is important that thorough planning takes place, starting very simply, and then expanding the use of video.
The initial phase
In this phase, the “execution”
Ambassador Group is established.
The entire employee group is informed and motivated to contribute in various ways, for example. identification of residents etc. Operation begins with the use of video, solutions are based on the guidelines and limits set by the board and working groups.
In this phase, management and support is important. Therefore, Life-Partners brings professional staff out of business to motivate, support and remedy any challenges.
Retention and review phase
In this phase, there is full focus on “Retention”
The work and ambassadors group have a common task in maintaining and starting to expand the use of video solutions in the form of Virtual Home Care. This includes, Housing Support or Contact so that it becomes a natural part of everyday life, and thus an anchored work process.
Continuously and as required, the working group will uncover the need for presence, for example. in the form of Life-Partners professional staff.
The are many benefits of a successful implementation, such as better use of resources and competencies, flexible support for residents, increased rehabilitation and less road time.
Evaluations have shown that multi-disciplinary working has increased and that employees have further developed their digital skills.
